Concurrent Request Email Delivery Option Not Working After Changing Mailer (Doc ID 2451382.1)

Business users are receiving e-mails upon concurrent request processing.

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Concurrent request email delivery option not working after changing Mailer

After changing the concurrent request e-mail Delivery Option to Gmail SMTP server, it stopped working.

Notification Mailer is working fine with the same SMTP server setup for e-mail notifications.

The request completes successfully, but Post Processing fails OPP log shows for the request ID:

 

Changes

Changed the following profiles for Concurrent Request delivery option:

FND: SMTP Host smtp.gmail.com

FND: SMTP port  587
