Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Edit Text Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. If you try to use Copy and Paste to paste more than 149 lines (such as 200) into Edit Text, the paste just does nothing.
2. You can continue to enter text up to a certain point, but then display problems appear:
  a. Scroll to the bottom of the text, try to click into the text, the entire text becomes highlighted and the scrollbar jumps back to the top.
  b. Have to scroll to the bottom again to add more text to the bottom, but at some point this no longer works and the display becomes jumbled, with lines shown on top of other lines, and only one page of text displays, even if you move the cursor up or down or move the scrollbar, the text does not scroll.
3. Per note in bug 28320367, "the edit text area has a max length 5200. This mean that there is length limitation on the UI."
4. In 11i, the customer was able to have more than 200 lines of text.
