NEG_INVITE_RESPONSE Reminder Notifications Are Not Sent to Suppliers (Doc ID 2452376.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When suppliers receive an invitation notification (NEG_INVITE_RESPONSE) to participate in a RFQ and don't respond, the notification falls into a cancelled status automatically and no reminder notifications are sent out.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that reminder notifications should be sent out reminding the supplier to respond to the invitation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The buyer submits a RFQ via Sourcing
2. Login as the supplier and see the Invitation notification in Worklist
3. After a certain period of time the notification disappears from the Worklist
4. Navigate to iSupplier Portal > Home > Find the notification and note that it is in a Canceled status
5. No reminder notifications are ever sent to the supplier
