Unable to select Customer in Transaction or receipt form (Doc ID 2452680.1)

Symptoms

When creating a transaction, active Customer not showing in the Bill To Customer LOV in the Transactions form.

This is only occurring for one customer.  This customer has been used previously.


STEPS

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Transaction > Transactions
1. Create new Transaction
2. Try to Select the Customer, the Bill-To is not displaying in the LOV.
