ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance issue while opening India Tax Details form at the time of any transaction creation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query AP Transaction from India Local Payables -> Invoices (Or any other AR/ PO/ Receipt creation)
2. Go to Tools -> India Tax Details
3. System is taking very long time to open this form.
