Closed Purchase Orders Showing As Commitments In Project Summary Inquiry (Doc ID 2454135.1)

Symptoms

Purchase Orders have been closed and related amounts have been interfaced into the Projects but still the same amounts are appearing in Project Commitments, which should not be.

The following processes were run but this did not resolve the issue:

Run PRC: Refresh Project and Resource Base Summaries for that project only.
Run PRC: Refresh Project Performance Data for that project with parameters 'All Transactions' and 'All Plan versions'.
PRC: Refresh Project Summary Amounts for that project only.
