Symptoms

All order lines are cancelled with the exception of one line which is in an AWAITING SHIPPING status.
The related delivery detail for the open line is in a SHIPPED status with next step as RUN INTERFACES in the Shipping Transaction Form.
Interface Trip Stop errors with the following when resubmitting:

ERROR
The interface trip stop log file shows:
ORA-20002: 3133: Activity Instance 'SHIP_LINE' Is Not A Notified Activity
