Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
1. The OTM Transmission Report is changing the case of the SenderTransmissionNo.
2. The value we pass to OTM during inbound transmissions is using mixed case.
3. This value is used to uniquely match the transmission report to the our "waiting" processes that sent the inbound transmission.
4. The OTM Transmission Report returns the value converted to uppercase causing mismatched messages.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
The expectation is that the value being used should be all lower case.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The OTM Transmission Report returns the value converted to uppercase causing mismatched messages.
