On : 12.2.6 version, Requisition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

> In Contract Life cycle Management,Unlinking is not working for Award which are imported via PDOI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to CLM Purchasing -> Modifications -> update CLM Award -> go to Distributions can see Requisition# and Requisition Line#
2) Select Modification  Line  and choose from Actions Unlink Requisition
receive the error Selected line(s) are not eligible to be unlinked from the requisition
