Provide steps to extend the BI Publisher 12.2.1.4.0 Job History Purge from the standard of 180 days to a higher value.

According to Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide for Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher the retention period of a job history is set to 180 days, by default:

https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/bi12214/bip/BIPAD/GUID-B4F646DA-8FC4-48AE-93EE-F1EC864A7743.htm#BIPAD275

Users can manually purge the job history older than the retention period.

When you purge old job history the saved output, saved XML, job delivery info, and the job status details are deleted.

To purge old job history:
  1. On the Administration page, under System Maintenance, select Manage Job Diagnostics Log.
  2. Click Purge scheduler metadata.
