From : R12 Customers Form, When changing the customer profile class, the collector assigned is an invalid collector.   

When the account or site assigned Profile Class is changed,  the system is assigning an invalid/expired collector name.  The assigned collector is no longer valid and it is not understood why this type of change occurs automatically.
