R12: PA Events Not Created In PA_EVENTS Table (Doc ID 2458809.1)

Symptoms

After the user successfully creates an event in the Events form and saves it, the user is not able to find the event in the form. Additionally when querying the PA_EVENTS table the event is not listed in the table either.

This happens for all projects and events created via the form.

Changes

 New records created.
