Planned Shipment XML has Wrong Data for PickupStopNum/DropoffStopNum (Doc ID 2459012.1)

Symptoms

A shipment is created for an Order Release. The "Relay Shipment In Transit" action is performed on this shipment to split the shipment into two.

When editing the shipment and reviewing the "Equipment" tab, each shipment has the same Shipment Equipment, however different values for:

Pickup Stop Number
Dropoff Stop Number

This is expected. However, if a PlannedShipment XML is generated for both these shipment the values for the "PickupStopNum" and "DropoffStopNum" both use the values from the original shipment.

The second shipment contains the wrong information for these fields on the PlannedShipment XML.
