Second "Release Lines" Page Show in Edit Mode When Running "Release Lines" Action on Two or More Order Base Lines (Doc ID 2460347.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When releasing more than one Order Base Line the 2nd line appears in Edit mode. When clicking previous the first line also changes to edit mode.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The UI should not be in Edit mode.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Order Management > Purchase Order > Order Base Line.
2) 2 lines are selected. Actions > Order Management > Change Order > Release Lines.
3) Order Base Line UI appears in non-edit mode. Click Next.
4) 2nd Order Base Line appears in edit mode. Click previous.
5) 1st Order Base Line appears in edit mode.
