Symptoms

Creating funding for an existing Agreement via API gets the following error

Error Message(1):ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_AGREEMENT_UTILS", line
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package PA_AGREEMENT_PUB Procedure add_funding
