E-Business Suite 12.2.7 Applications DBA, Online Patching ADOP Utilities related issues

 

 

 

 

When attempting to run adop fs_clone the following error occurs:

[ERROR] adop phase=fs_clone failed on Node: "testapp02"


The ADOP clone step on a multi node instance runs successfully on the admin node but appears to fail on the two remaining nodes per the following messages:

Validating configuration on admin node: [testapp01].
  Output: /u01/test/apps_st/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/7/201/fs_clone/validate/remote_execution_result_level1.xml
  Log: /u01/test/apps_st/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/7/201/fs_clone/testapp01
txkADOPEvalSrvStatus.pl returned SUCCESS

Validating configuration on node(s): [testweb02 and testapp02].
  Output: /u01/test/apps_st/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/7/201/fs_clone/validate/remote_execution_result_level2.xml
