Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2.7 Applications DBA, Online Patching ADOP Utilities related issues

 

  

When attempting to run adop fs_clone the following error occurs:

[ERROR] adop phase=fs_clone failed on Node: "<HOST>"


The ADOP clone step on a multi node instance runs successfully on the admin node but appears to fail on the two remaining nodes per the following messages:

Validating configuration on admin node: [<HOST>].
  Output: <DIR>/apps_st/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/7/201/fs_clone/validate/remote_execution_result_level1.xml
  Log: <DIR>/apps_st/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/7/201/fs_clone/<HOST>
txkADOPEvalSrvStatus.pl returned SUCCESS
