EAM Work Order Status Stuck in Released Pending (Doc ID 2464333.1)

Symptoms

The Work Orders are stuck in Pending Release status.

They have been submitted for release but the workflow cannot be found or the workflow ended in error.

Another possibility that the WO has been approved by the approver but the WO (work order) status is still in Pending Release.

 

 

CASE 1: Work Orders are stuck in Pending Release (Released status with Pending flag ON) but there is no workflow initialized so they cannot be approved nor rejected.
