Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version 6.4.2 to 6.4.3 [Release 6.4]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

User defined images/icons are wiped out from GTM transaction line any time there is a change on the order that created the GTM Transaction line.

For Example:
When creating an Order Release and then creating corresponding trade transaction line via an agent.
Once the GTM Transaction Line is created another agent then assigns a user defined image/icon to the trade transaction Line.

Then updating the Order Release that spawned the GTM Trade Transaction Line, the update then fires the Order Mod Agent to apply the changes.

Once the Order is Modified the user defined image/icon is getting wiped out from the GTM Trade Transaction line. This occurs any time that there is an order change.
