Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Learner Component

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Learner Manager responsibility provides access to employee details such as salaries and employment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Those information should not be visible to the learner managers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Applications.
2. Choose the Learner Manager responsibility.
3. Navigate to Learning Management for Managers-> Learner Home.
4. Search for an employee in the hierarchy.
5. Add the employee to the manager's list by clicking the 'Add To My List' button.
6. Select the employee for the list.
7. Click on the Employment and/or Salary tabs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Sensitive employee information are made available to learner managers who do not need to see those data when performing their OLM duties.
