Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Manager Self-Service assignment costing allows to create multiple costing records, resulting in proportion more than 100%.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Create assignment costing with proportion=100% and submit for approval.
  2.  Approve
  3.  Go back to Assignment Costing page and it does not display the costing record created in step 1 above even though there is a record in pay_cost_allocations_f and displayed in PUI.
  4.  Create another costing record with proportion=100% and submit for approval.
  5.  Approve
  6. Two costing records are stored in pay_cost_allocations_f, totaling of 200%.
