QuickPay and Payroll Process Fails with Signal 11 and Program exited with status -1 When Request is Submitted with Certain User or Responsibility (Doc ID 2466429.1)

Problem Statement:

When submitting QuickPay or Payroll Process with certain user or responsibility, it fails with the following error.

stat_low = 8B
stat_high = 0
emsg:was terminated by signal 11
Program exited with status -1



Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Submit QuickPay
  2.  QuickPay fails with the error
