Between Option Error For Dates On Search Screens

Symptoms
When using any search screen (Order Release, Shipment, etc.), when attempting to use 'Between' option for any Date field, by entering 'From' date and leaving blank 'To' date field, when pressing 'Search', the following message occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access the application
2. Go to any Search screen - e.g. Shipment Management, Buy Shipments
3. Select 'Between' option for any Date field, by entering 'From' date and leaving blank 'To' date field
4. Press 'Search'
The following message occurs:
"Create a range by entering both values for Start Time".
When pressing 'OK', the above indicated error occurs.
