Unable To Connect To SMC3 For RatewareXL Using HTTPS (Doc ID 2467501.1)

Symptoms

The REXRatewareX calls fail in an environment that is configured to use HTTPS, the following error occurs.

06:44.4 819689 Error Exception 063603 javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: 'oracle.smc3.com', port: '80'

15:34:47.850 124055 Error Exception 000145 javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out
