The Rate_Geo_Refnum Does Not Show in the Rate Record XML Template You've Generated (Doc ID 2467685.1)

Symptoms

In order to meet your SOX compliance requirements, you need to store the date the rate addendum for the rate record was sent to the carrier and the date a signed rate addendum was returned by the carrier.

To meet this requirement, you created new rate record reference number qualifiers.  You'd like to use the Rate_Geo interface to add the rate_record_refnum values as the data is sent to the carrier and returned from the carrier.

However, when you generate the Rate_Geo Template, the rate record reference number qualifiers do not show.

Replication:

Naviagate to Business Process Automation -> Integration -> Generate an XML template
XML Element: DOMAIN.YOUR_RATE_RECORD
Check Include Data

Note that the XML generated does not include refnum
