While creating a RFQ, and adding supplier, click the button Register New Supplier and enter the information of the Prospective Supplier.

The supplier is not receiving the notification of the registration in Oracle Sourcing.

SEND_INV_USER_NTF workflow is not starting to send invitation notification to the supplier.
