Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Time card Approval

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Time card for the employee terminated in the middle of the time card period stuck in submitted status and no wf notification is sent to supervisor

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Supervisor Should receive the notification even if employee terminates in middle of period

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee terminated with ACTUAL_TERMINATION_DATE 28-AUG-2018

Final Process Date: 31-AUG-2018

2. Submitted time card for period (Start Time: 16-AUG-2018 00:00 Stop Time: 31-AUG-2018 23:59)

3. Manager not recieved approval notification
