Order Base Releasing Lines Not Flagged As Shippable For Order Base Mod Edit Shipment (Doc ID 2470436.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Order Base Edit Shipment is not removing lines from the shipment via integration.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent.
Copy Public Agent ORDER BASE ¿ INSERT and set to active.

2) Business Process Automation > Integration > Integration Manager > Upload
an XML/CSV Transmission. Upload XML file Create_Oracle.xml to create an order
base with 3 lines as follows. Note agent: ORDER BASE - INSERT (action: ORDER BASE - INSERT) will release the "shippable" lines.

Line 1 where shippable flag = Y and packaged item count = 10.
Line 2 where shippable flag = Y and packaged item count = 5.
Line 3 where shippable flag = N and packaged item count = 1.
Order Base ID = ORDER_BASE_F.

Note 2 lines were released. This is the expected behavior.
Order Release ID = ORDER_BASE_F-025
Order Release ID = ORDER_BASE_F-026

3) Order Management > Order Release > Order Release > Actions > Operational
Planning > Create Buy Shipment > Bulk Plan - Bulk Plan Buy.
  Shipment ID = 01018
  Note the 2 ship unit IDs ORDER_BASE_F-025-001-001 and
Expand ORDER_BASE_F-026-001-001.

4) Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent.
Create a new agent to trigger a shipment edit on order base modified event.

Agent ID = ORDER_BASE - EDIT
Agent Type = ORDER BASE
Agent Events = ORDER BASE - MODIFIED
Restrictions = INTEGRATION or INTERNAL or MIGRATION or REST
Actions = ORDER BASE - MOD - EDIT SHIPMENT

5) Business Process Automation > Integration > Integration Manager > Upload
an XML/CSV Transmission. Upload XML file Update_Oracle.xml. This will set
line 2 shippable flag = N.

Line 1 where shippable flag = Y and packaged item count = 10.
Line 2 where shippable flag = N and packaged item count = 5.
Line 3 where shippable flag = N and packaged item count = 1.

The agent runs, however the Order Base shows the original release lines and
the shipment was not updated to remove ship unit ID for line 2. The
expectation is the shipment would have been updated.

Due to this issue, users cannot make changes to the shipment via integration.
