Symptoms

Page is taking time to display when clicking "Void Selective Payment" button in Void/Reversal functionality and when attempting to void payment in Payment Selection, the following error occurs.

Please select at least one assignment/payroll action to process

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Go to Void/Reversal
  2.  Click on "Void Selective Payment"
  3.  The "Payment Selection" does not show anything (blank) - taking more than 10 minutes to display
  4.  Click "Next" and the error is shown.
