ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Null Indicator is not shown in the drop-down to search for Order Releases in UI finder set


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

OTM should display  Null indicators in the drop down for Order Release finder set

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create multiple order releases with different indicator colors ( null, W, G, Y, R )
2. Try searching for null indicator Go to Use Actions to Set Indicator
3. User don't see null indicator in the drop down
