On : 12.2.7 version, Invoice Issues

Escalation fails to send notification to supervisor.

Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(AP_WORKFLOW_PKG.escalate_doc_approval, APINVAPR, 3611213_1, 542854, RUN)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Workflow Administrator Web Applications responsibility.
2. Status monitor
3. Click on process name with status error
Above error occurs
