Goal

A non inventory shipping item / warranty item is not appearing in WIP job's material requirements while it is available in the BOM assembly.
In 11i, the same item used to appear but after upgrade to R12 it is not appearing in WIP job component requirements.
Why there is a change in behavior from R12.1.3 onwards ?
