Symptoms
On : 12.2.5
When attempting to perform a Bulk Receive,
the following error occurs if the External Reference field is populated.
ERROR

Row 1 Error - Select a valid value.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Depot Repair Super User > Depot Repair > Receive Returns
2. Enter Account
3. Enter all the details including item and external reference
4. After click "Process" button the the reported error occurs
