Performance Issue Occurrs in Manage Assignment Set Page (Doc ID 2473550.1)

Symptoms

 "Assignment Amendments" field takes long time to display after clicking "Amendment" button.  

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Manage Assignment Set window
     (N) Manage Assignment Set
  2. Enter value in "Payroll Name"
  3. Click (B)Go
  4. Select  assignment set name link
  5. Click "Amendment" button in "Enter Assignment Set Details" field
