ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Performance issue with OPM Pre-Processor after upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7.
The gather Schema statistics was run before submitting the pre-processor.
In current 12.1.3 Production instance, the program runs about 30 minutes, and in upgrade 12.2.7. environment which is a copy of prod it runs hours.
Note: Patches 28614991:R12.GMF.C and 28492809:R12.GMF.C have been applied on the 12.2.7 instance.

Similar performance in 12.2.7 that was there in 12.1.3.
