Fixed Appointments Not Shown as Unavailable For Other Service Providers (Doc ID 2474098.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Manage appointments window is open for other carriers even if it fixed.
When appointments for a location resource is booked for a carrier, still it is available for another carrier.

Example:
Location A: Dock Door1.
Carrier A booked an appointment for shipment1 on 31.07.2018 10 AM.
Carrier B logged into the application, Appointment Management > Dock and Yard> Location > Manage Appointments
Still, Dock Door1 shows as available for carrier B on 31.07.2018 10 AM.

Expected Behavior

The particular slot(appointment allocated slot) should be unavailable for another carrier.
