Symptoms
Starting Last week, the customer has experienced cases of users getting kicked out of OTM with a session expired message on the browser. They say that one of the web-app servers was not responding to the Load Balancer.
The Console Logs show a pattern of Stuck Threads followed by Garbage Collection (GC) freeing less and less memory. Eventually Full GC is being run with short intervals and then Out of Memory errors appear.
