MANAGE ASSIGNMENT SET : UNAVAILABLE DB ITEMS (Doc ID 2474903.1)

Symptoms

Manage Assignment Set page is not displaying Database items which have different translated name compared to their English form.
The issue is present for Localizations which support translation for Database Items (Currently, only Japan supports this).

Steps:
------------------
1. Using Assignment Set form, create an Assignment Set.
2. In the Criteria, use Database items which have Translated name different than the corresponding English name.
3. Using Manage Assignment Set OAF page, try accessing the above Assignment Set.
4. Under Criteria, notice that the entries corresponding to translated database items are missing. If a Database item has same
English form in translated language also, then corresponding entries are shown.
