Symptoms

Transaction records stuck in MTL_Transactions_interface table with the following error.

ERROR

Invalid subinventory.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Responsibility: Inventory Super User
2. Navigation: Transactions -> Transactions Open Interface
3. Found error records with error explanation of 'Subinventory code is either not entered or not valid for the given organization'
