Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Retropay (Enhanced) fails with the following error.

HR_6881_HRPROC_ORA_ERR
SQLERRMC ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by <number> in undo tablespace <table space name>
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HRASSACT", line 8703
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_BALANCE_PKG", line 11906
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_RETRO_PKG", line 1912
ORA-06512: at line 1

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Submit Retropay (Enhanced).
  2.  Error occurs.
