Symptoms

When attempting to run 'Record Order Management Transactions', the following error occurs.

ERROR

OTHERS EXCEPTION IN Insert_RmaReceipts:ORA-00001: unique constraint

(BOM.CST_COGS_EVENTS_U2) violated

PROGRAM_EXCEPTION IN Match_RevenueCOGS at (20):

Unexpected error in CST_RevenueCogsMatch_PVT . Insert_RmaReceipts ( 30 )

Error in CST_RevenueCogsMatch_PVT . Match_RevenueCOGS ( 20 )

 

STEPS
1. run 'Record Order Management Transactions'
2. saw the error message
