Symptoms
In R12.2.6, when an OAF page contains a message text input(height >1) with diabled=true setting, the Text Input(Disabled) field only shows part of the data. This issue does not occur with message text input fields which are set to normal or readonly=true.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create an OAF page which has a message text input(height >1) with diabled=true setting.
2. Text Input(Disabled) field only shows part of the data.
