On : 12.1.3 version, AME Setup issues , in Prod

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When submitting the sshr request, it showing only the group name in the review page
once it reaches to the mentioned group,after that it's showing all the group members with Action "Beaten" . This is happening after upgrading to HRMS 12.1 RUP9

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After notification is opened from one of the approver from the approver group which was created based on position control role, approver should see only his name not all the members.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to application
2.Employee Self service > Absence Management > Create absence
3. Submit for approval, approval list generated correctly in the review page
4. First Approver from the first approver group, opens the notification , in the action histroy he can see only his name
5. Second Approver, It start Showing all the group member
