Asset line details amount is not matching asset lines with CIP Amount.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Asset line details amount should be matching asset lines with CIP Amount.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility.
2. Go to navigation Capitalization > Capital Projects.
3. Query project number and click on Asset Lines button.
