Cannot import transaction from custom source. Records are stuck in pa_transaction_interface_all table with TRANSACTION_STATUS_CODE = P.

Initially transactions has been uploaded in pa_transaction_interface_all with TRANSACTION_STATUS_CODE = R and multiple TRANSACTION_REJECTION_CODEs.
