Request Set Stuck in Paused Status Awaiting Revaluation Child Requests (Doc ID 2479421.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The request set is setup to move to the next stage whether the current stage ends in Success, Warning, or Error.
However, when the current stage ends in Error, the request set remains stuck at the current stage and does not move to the next stage.
Diagnostics show the message: This request is currently paused waiting for a sub-request to complete.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the request set to continue to the next stage even when the previous stage ends in error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) GL Responsibility > View > Requests > Submit New Request
2. Submit Request Set.
3. Sub-request ends in error, parent stays in paused status.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot execute the program using a request set. The program needs to be manually executed.
