Goal
When perform retirement for an asset with Custom Method, unnecessary a negative retirement expense is calculated even though date retired is current period.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a New Custom Depreciation Method
(N)Setup > Depreciation > Methods

Depreciate Flag : Yes
3. 2019-07 *** Before Retirement
Cost : 2400000
YTD Depreciation : 300000
Accumulated Depreciation : 1500000
Date in Service : 01-APR-2018
Depreciation Method : TEST_METHOD (24 months)
Salvage Value : 0
Depreciation Limit Amount :
Depreciate Flag : Yes
4A. 2019-07 *** Full Retirement

FA_ADJUSTMENTS
---> RETIREMENT EXPENSE is the same as (YTD Depreciation which was calculated before retirement) * 1200000/2400000
