Symptoms

Actual Behavior
In the Snapshots Bills generated by Supply Chain Cost Rollup - No Report prgram, the BOM_STRUCTURES_B.EFFECTIVITY_CONTROL is set to null.

Normally, BOM_STRUCTURES_B.EFFECTIVITY_CONTROL should be set as NOT NULL in BOM function. It is always taken over from MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS.EFFECTIVITY_CONTROL.

Expected Behavior
Supply Chain Cost Rollup programs should create the Snapshots Bills with setting correct value to BOM_STRUCTURES_B.EFFECTIVITY_CONTROL.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Define a cost type as the Snapshots Bills as Yes and enter the value of something Alternate in Rollup Option.
  2. Define an assembly item and BOM
  3. Run Supply Chain Cost Rollup - No Report for the cost type and item.
  4. EFFECTIVITY_CONTROL is set to null in BOM_STRUCTURES_B record of the Alternate created by the Supply Chain Cost Rollup.
