CSV Upload Of New Roles Does Not Show In Location Screen

Symptoms
New Location Roles are defined via CSV Upload.
These are not showing up in the location role list of values of the location definition page
However, when a query - select * from location role is executed, these roles are showing up
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Shipment Management>>Location>>Location Role
2. New Defined roles are not coming up
