R12: PSI Form: Column 'ITD - ACT COST' not showing Cross Charge Transfer Price Markup (Doc ID 2481936.1)

In Project Status Inquiry (PSI) form, column 'ITD - ACT COST' Not Showing Cross Charge Transfer Price Markup.  It only shows the original labor booking.

Having completed the cross charge set up and processing a cross organization time sheet, the following processes were run:
PRC: Transaction Import
PRC: Distribute Labor Costs
PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events
PRC: Distribute Borrowed and Lent Amounts
PRC: Borrowed and Lent Amounts Distribution Report
PRC: Generate Cost Accounting Events
PRC: Generate Cross Charge Accounting Events
PRC: Create Accounting

The transfer price was calculated correctly and updated on the time card expenditure.
Issue is that PSI form, column 'ITD - ACT COST' is not showing Cross Charge Transfer Price markup. It only shows the original labor booking.
