Item Import Completes With Error And INVIDITM Form Render Issues

Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Patch Application Issues
Item Import Completes with Error and INVIDITM form render issues.
Upon applying Patch 27245158:R12.ITM.D having issues with Import Items and the INVIDITM Master Items form.
Using Import Items, if Safety Stock Method is set to 'Non-MRP Planned', Bucket Days to NULL and Percent to NULL, Import Items Completes in Error with an error message "Safety stock bucket days must be greater than zero". Making the same changes in forms does not result in error.
Using EBS forms, Master Items, upon trying to remove an item from Cycle Count Enabled receive an INV_DISABLE_ACTIVE_CYCLE_COUNT error.
INVIDITM Master Items form under the Inventory Tab has two new attributes, 'Material Classification Type' and 'Material Classification Control'. Depending on the responsibility the 'Material Classification Type' is being displayed behind the Serial attributes on the form.
